Functional outdoor exercise

Weekly group
We conduct functional outdoor training sessions every Monday evening. The small group meets 10 times in sessions. The outdoor training sessions are fun, innovative, developing and diverse. We make use of the wide range of sports parks, hilly terrain or stairs in the Jyväskylä region for our outdoor training sessions. Sometimes we hold forest or farm training sessions. We exercise outdoors all year round, regardless of the weather. Only in severe winter frosts are the training sessions postponed to another time. People of all fitness levels, ages and sizes participate.

You can come to the training even if you can't join in right from the start of the session.

Energetic and clear
Great, energetic attitude to guidance. Clear and safe instructions for different movements. The atmosphere in the group is encouraging and it is always nice to train together. The locations change weekly, which allows you to get to know the diverse outdoor sports parks and places in the Jyväskylä region at the same time. I recommend it. –Laura 38-.

I have been guiding outdoor training for eight years. Leading small groups is rewarding and inspiring, whether it's outdoor training or other outdoor sports. I have a professional degree in physical education and I am a wilderness guide, which together have created a good professional skill. Getting out in nature in different ways is my thing and I want to help you get started too!
